Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup Creole Flair Seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with Tower Grove Spice Co. Cajun Seasoning and add to the pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan and toss with the sauce. Add the cooked chicken strips and toss again.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
