Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1/4 cup Creole Flair Seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with Tower Grove Spice Co. Cajun Seasoning and add to the pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
  5. Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan and toss with the sauce. Add the cooked chicken strips and toss again.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
